To us. Bring it (or we'll arrange courier collection in Accra) and we handle the manufacturer RMA on your behalf — you don't deal with HP, Dell, or anyone else. Cross-shipment of replacements is available for retainer clients.

Yes — for HP, Dell, Lenovo, HPE we sell extended care packs at the time of purchase or within 90 days of delivery. Extending later is more expensive and sometimes not possible.

From the moment your equipment arrives at our workshop, you'll have a written diagnosis with a fixed-price repair quote within 48 working hours. If you approve, we proceed. If you decline, we return the equipment — diagnostic fee only.

Yes. Most of our repair work is on equipment customers bought elsewhere. We'll happily fix it, the 90-day workmanship warranty applies the same way.

GHS 150 for laptops, GHS 250 for desktops/servers, GHS 350 for printers/copiers. The diagnostic fee is waived if you approve the repair quote.
