POA Nexgen Technologies takes the security of our website and our clients’ systems seriously. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on www.poanexgen.com, we want to hear from you.

How to Report

Please email princeowusu@poanexgen.com with the subject line “Security Report” and include:

• A description of the issue and the page or feature affected;
• Steps to reproduce it, or a proof of concept;
• The potential impact;
• How you would like to be credited (optional).

What We Promise

If you report an issue in good faith, we will:

• Acknowledge your report within 3 business days;
• Investigate and keep you informed of our progress;
• Credit you in any fix announcement, if you wish;
• Not pursue legal action against you for a good-faith report.

What We Ask

• Give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it publicly;
• Avoid privacy violations, service disruption, or data destruction;
• Only access data and accounts that belong to you;
• Do not run high-volume automated scanners against our servers;
• Do not attempt phishing or physical attacks against our staff.

Our Commitments

To protect visitors and clients, we maintain the following baseline:

• The website is served only over HTTPS with strong TLS settings;
• We apply modern security headers across the site;
• Our outbound email is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC;
• Configuration and source-control files are blocked from public access.
